My last journal entry was Fri Jun 4, 2004, 2:45 PM. It has been over 6 years since I have last posted, and a LOT has happened. For those who believe DeviantART is just an Art Community, could not be more wrong. It is the center of inspiration and devotion. I joined Deviantart on November 18, 2001. Because of DeviantART I ended up majoring in Interactive Arts and Media at Columbia College in Chicago. Since graduating I have joined the creative field as a Creative Developer and Marketing Strategist. I have even become Creative Director. It is all thanks to DeviantArt. I have been here for about a year and half now. I have seen many changes. It is something in which I have grown to accept. Some of these changes have been good and some bad. Change is natural and happens all the time. No matter how slow things seem to be there is always a change in something. We might not like change, but if we can't stop it we must learn to accept it. I have had many friends here at Deviantart, some I don't talk to much anymore simply because of busy schedules or daily lives. This wasn't something I liked, but learned to accept. Finally I got my website up! http://www.flash-mind.com School is almost done (end of junior year), but what is quite ironic is that I will be jumping right into college during the summer. I am going to Columbia in down Chicago (art & design school). My dad currently goes there and from what I heard it's a great school. I will be able to make a lot more graphics with my free time. So that's the good news. Now I will most likely submit something every week rather then every month (hopefully).
